Until the End 2021
This is a masterpiece! Okay, I have to be honest, this will be a masterpiece. A story about the meaning of life and being or not being. An absolute legend that is tragically at the center of this work of art.
At this point, however, I can not yet present you the finished whole. Well, for one thing because the skull is still in production and pretty much at this moment will probably be printed by an expert. Then comes the art caster, which also takes a while, and then me. To be more precise, more than 16 weeks of casting at best. On the other hand, I am once again in my own way. Perfectionism is sometimes just sh.... Even at the 4th attempt, the result of the doors was not worthy of the furniture. Which means as much as, rethink and to the next attempt. But until then, how about looking at the sculpture model and the paintings inside the furniture?
It is made of acid-resistant and durable Hi-Macs (Corian) as the outer shell. The interior is made of robust Supermatt anti-fingerprint coated chipboard. The feet are custom made by the steel artist Angelo Rizutto. Inside are two built-in paintings which are backlit, so you can find everything you want. To highlight the furniture I have installed a back panel with continuous LED lighting, which provides a nice discreet backlighting of the furniture on the wall or a striking light edge when used in an open space.

Das ist ein Meisterwerk! Okay, ich muss ehrlich sein, das wird ein Meisterwerk. Eine Geschichte über den Sinn des Lebens und das Sein oder Nichtsein. Eine absolute Legende die auf tragische Weise im Mittelpunkt dieses Kunstwerkes steht.
Zu diesem Zeitpunkt kann ich euch allerdings noch nicht das fertige Ganze präsentieren. Nun ja, zum einen weil der Schädel noch in Produktion ist und ziemlich in diesem Moment wahrscheinlich von einem Experten gedruckt wird. Dann kommt der Kunstgiesser zum Zuge, was auch noch eine Weile dauert und dann ich. Um genauer zu sein 16 Wochen Giesszeit im Besten Fall. Zum anderen stehe ich mir mal wieder selbst im Weg. Perfektionismus ist manchmal halt einfach sch.... Auch beim 4. Versuch war mir das Resultat der Türen nicht des Möbels würdig. Was soviel heisst wie, überdenken und zum nächsten Versuch. Doch wie wärs bis dahin mal vorerst mit betrachten des Skulpturmodels und der Bilder im innern des Möbels?
Gefertigt ist es aus säureresistentem und langlebigen Hi-Macs (Corian) als Aussenhülle. Das Innenleben besteht aus robuster Supermatt Anti-Fingerprint beschichteter Spanplatte. Die Füsse sind eine Spezialanfertigung welche durch den Stahlkünstler Angelo Rizutto angefertigt wurden. Im innern sind zwei eingebaute Gemälde welche hinterleuchted sind, damit man auchalles findet was man will. Um das Möbel hervorzuheben habe ich eine Rückwand mit durchgehender LED Beleuchtung eingebaut, welche das Möbel an der Wand schön dezent hinterleuchtet oder bei einer Anwendung im offenen Raum eine markante Lichtkante bietet.
