XOXO "Missing"

A combination of something completely different. The X is practically completely different from the O, and still they are very similar. While the center of the X catches the eye, it is the circumference of the O that is visible. So is the combination of art and design. Two different things and still very much the same.

 

Do you have sometimes the feeling that you miss something but don't know what. Exactly that was my feeling when I watched at this painting. Is it enough? Or is it not?
